Delete your Coined account
Use this page to request deletion of your optional Coined account and associated server-side account data.
How to request deletion
- Email theruahapp@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Coined account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Coined account.
- Include whether you signed in with email, Apple, or Google so we can locate the correct account.
What we delete
- Your Coined account identifier
- Your linked email address and display name
- Your Apple, Google, or email sign-in record for Coined
What may be retained
- Purchase and entitlement records managed by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat may be retained as required for receipts, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and restore-purchase support.
- Support emails you send us may be retained so we can complete the deletion request and keep a support record.
- On-device flip history, theme settings, sounds, and custom labels are stored on your device. You can remove them by deleting the app from your device.
Timing
We process account deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the account, we will reply to your email.
